Benefits can't be qualities since processes and ICEs can be benefits, but they can't bear qualities in BFO. I would recommend making 'benefit' a defined class, for the moment, equivalent to 'entity and designated by some 'Benefit ICE''. You'll then have to create a Benefit ICE. Also, 'benefit magnitude' is an ICE, not a quality.
