Scatter plot of PCA to replace gene expression heatmap on demand.

I put the scaffolding in place for toggling between the heatmap view and the PCA view with tabs in 1b7f2de. The PCA is not implemented yet, but that is next on my todo list. Some of the styling may not be perfect -- let me know if you have any suggestions (or feel free to push changes).

OK, I have an initial plot of the PCA in place as of ba25918. For a cool example, highlight intestine, neuron, and hypoderm. Do we want the default view to be the PCA or the heatmap?

The scaling on the heatmap and the PCA is not great. It would be great if we could sort this out, as it looks a little weird especially when the control panel gets collapsed, but also presumably at different window sizes, etc. Tim did you look into scaling for the heatmap at all?
