Bookmarked text appears after tables

Version 0.4.3 of officer allowed text to placed within tables. Version 0.6.3 no longer allows this. It places the text after the table. The developer of officer seems to consider this to be correct.

Possible solutions

• set a maximum officer version number
• program the whole table in R

Something else: Switch the bookmarks to "word fields", use officer::set_doc_properties() to set the values and then doconv::docx_update() to populate the fields.
