CNA records with issues that fail to validate 5.1.0 schema.

As of Oct 3 the following records fail validation against 5.1.0 schema under development:

Most of these seem to be due to bugs in CNA tooling to generate the records.

1. majority of the issues are due to an extra severityLevel in CVSS 2 scores from VulDB. CVSS 2 does not define levels.
2. wrong field names like 'CWE-ID' instead of 'cweID'.
3. 'refsource' copied over from v4
4. copy paste mistakes or typos due to hand editing records.

CNAs with tooling bugs need to fix them before 5.1.0 gets adopted by RSUS or they will see failures on submission.
