Karbonite confuses KER

• KER can't calculate the dV and thrust of atmospheric Karbonite engines in the SPH.

• In flight the thrust calculation works but dV is still wrong.

  My guess is that KER doesn't understand that the engines use IntageAtm and not IntakeAir.
• TWR mysteriously changes by itself when in LKO.

  I guess it has something to do which SOI the vessel is in.
