Create a Reporting log table to hold various data from Cacti Reports for base Cacti and from Plugins

It would be nice to be able to view report output weeks or months after the report was run.

Describe the solution you'd like

Create a table and API to manage report data including the raw data, that can be reloaded on demand, the text and html output in addition to any attachments that may need to be view after the fact.

Additional context

Will make Cacti reporting either in the base Cacti, or via plugins much more usable.
