Support Region in a Site and Support Region Based Trees

Many organizations are global, and they have regions in different part of the world. Regions can include:

• North America
• South East Asia
• Western Europe
• Northern Africa
• ...

Allow Sites to be mapped to Regions.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Allow Sites to be assigned to Regions
• Create a Region Tree that allows Drilling into Devices by Region > Country > Site > (Optionally Location) > Device
• Limit the Final Tree to include only Devices matching either a Device Template, Graph Template, Interface Regular Expression, etc.

Additional context

After you get Region > Country > Site > (Optionally Location) > Device Tree's Tree Management will likely be easier.
