Retention defaults to 30 days when set > 365 days

Describe the bug

Setting the Retention Period longer then 1 year results in deleting all backups older than 30 days.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'configuration -> settings -> router configs'

2. Set a 'Retention Period' longer than 1 year

3. Wait a while or do any action in the routerconfig tab, I don't know what exactly triggers it

4. See that only 30 backups of every switch remain

Expected behavior

Backups are kept as long as the selected retention time (up to 5 years).
