Is it possible to post tweets to twitter (to previously configured account) for thold plugin from cacti as it is easy to generate sms notifications?

Currently, there is no mechanism to push a notice to another platform except email. However, I think it could be a relatively small change to call a script with some parameters bound to the command line. Let me give this some thought at the weekend and I may come up with something.

So really, this is an extension of a previous request,

It's been raised on GitHub:

It's also been asked in the forums

(even as far back as 0.8 and before as you can see from the small selection).

I was sure me and @cigamit had discussed that we should have a pre-approved list of scripts that can be run so that you aren't able to specify what script to run via the browser to prevent any breaches.

I have no idea how far @pautiina got, but i'm sure there was some code flying around on the forums.
