Change calculated area field name to 'calc_area'

'area' is currently reserved for the automated calculations that cadasta conducts. That name is not a good field name because many partners (that want to import data) will typically have a column called area.

We should not be using field names that are common for partners to use because that will cause confusion later down the line.
