Deprecate tasks replaced by MSFT #5

Microsoft have been pushing ALM tools for PowerApps which now have feature parity with the tooling here. We need to update a number of tasks to be marked as deprecated. Examples of this are

  • Import a solution
  • Delete a solution
  • Set version number of solution
