Improve the stream latency?

At the resolutions you're running at, you should be able to get 1-2 second latency with ustreamer (set to output an MJPEG HTTP stream, which should be viewable in any browser): https://github.com/pikvm/ustreamer

Having the stream be lower-latency would make the user experience way better (especially for new users / getting started / low-level debugging using LEDs - having to wait 30 seconds for the LED to blink after loading a bitstream was very jarring)
