Game not running - STEAM release

So, I installed the game, and then installed the mod directly on top of it through the Automated Installer, and the game displays the intro videos, but doesn't progress after that.

Steam overlay shows 1 FPS, and that too, it doesn't progress past the main menu, and seems to freeze.

Specs:

• Intel i7 3770
• 8GB RAM DDR3 1600Mhz
• Nvidia RTX 3050 8GB
• Windows 10 64-bit
• Tomb Raider 1 installed through Steam on SATA SSD (if that matters)

I tried running on my iGPU (Intel HD 4000), thinking it might be an issue with Nvidia GPUs, but it still didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.
