Any raidable object near a player that is being scanned (and not owned by the player) will result in showing the player as raidable.
Need to make sure scan results are accurate and is based off of raidables that a player owns or team owns. May need to figure out how to properly implement this in case there are 2 players who are listed as independent but are working as a team in 1 base.
