Next Gen Lightning Printer sharing same Platinum Printer limit variable

Need to update the Next Gen lightning Printer code so it uses its own variable and not uses the platinum printer limit variable.

This leads to being able to buy an infinite amount of Next Gen lightning printers and being unable to buy any at all once you buy a platinum printer (even if you get rid of the platinum printer afterwards).
