Issue summary

This applies to RPC methods Filecoin.StateGetBeaconEntry and Filecoin.BeaconGetEntry

To check the compatibility with recent Lotus versions, we had to modify our tests to not check old beacons. See #4680

This is blocked by filecoin-project/lotus#12414

Look for this issue's URL for tests that were suppressed.

This time it's blocked by performance of the new logic for handling the StateGetBeaconEntry filecoin-project/lotus#12527
