Mieru is not working?

I've already installed addon(clipboard inserte etc), used a blank HTML page, applied a new API key to the config.txt according to the instructions, and I also tried to change the capture hotkey, but nothing changed.

The strange thing is that according to google, there are still requests to the API every time I press the hotkey.

Could you please tell me how to fix this?

somehow i managed to make mieru work!!

but it picked up the in game date in the top left, instead the text in text box as i wanted,

I' ve tried using the rectangular snip in the snipping tool but still no luck.
