ACL on model methods is much more flexible then ACL on HTTP methods. cause resource-access-list is using ACL on HTTP methods, maybe it is helpful to add exceptions filed on rules,
which can make something like /teams is allowed for everyone, /teams/:id is only allowed by the member is possible in a project.
