If an AI is close to a victory (not necessarily the same 'close' definition as in #2), they should attempt to win the game via that victory. Some complex logic may be required here.

This is actually an interesting one, because in my own experience, the AIs are no slackers when it comes to winning the game, so this might not even be necessary. Maybe this could be changed to only modify playstyle if another player is also close to a victory?
