[BUG] Quickstart guide for Offline mode missing important information

Description

In the quickstart guide for offline installation, it misses the critical info of what the initial login details are.

A simple one-line add to the installation guide:

"btw: initial sign in is username: admin, pw: admin" would be very handy.

Would have saved me some time.

Reproduction steps

1. Follow the installation guide for macOS
2. Click yes to install the UI
3. Follow the UI steps for installing necessary Ollama models
4. Faced with a login screen with NO OPTION for add new user
