From the Dec 11 discussion:

  • How would external users want to interact with us? A one-on-one consultation, a mentorship opportunity, an in-person group event?
  • We need to do some user research to talk to community groups to better understand their needs and define our value proposition
  • Organizations might also find value in sharing their stories, talking about their work, looking for volunteers and partnerships, etc. (it should be a two way street)
