I am naming this issue this way, because many people know about the usage of ViewManagers and consequent techniques.

So, our first task is to determine what we need exactly and then create a library which will both replace all the adHoc view management stuff and enable easy and standardized work with views in apps.

Main goal: Keep views live and reuse them by changing data and avoid reloads (except if there is a reason for it)

This will be continued!
