Slim dependencies

We can probably slim the dependencies so that CalibrateEDMF doesn't depend on everything that TC.jl's driver depends on. This may help improve compilation time.

I added the driver dependencies because I wanted to avoid runtime errors due to missing dependencies. We should strive to make the package easy to use from Github download since there are people using it who may not be very familiar with Julia dependencies, etc. I am good with anything that allows this to still be the case.
