Hello,
I have a fdskey FW 1.0,HW1.2,and working properly.

But when I hold all four buttons on power-on to update firmware(v1.1 or v1.3).
it will show " can't irit SD card",Why is there a error?

Hi! Please try to hold left button for 3 seconds in the main menu, it will bring the service menu. Find a line "BL COMMIT", which code it shows?

Which file system are you using on the SD card? Also, check if this service menu has "[ Update bootloader ]" feature (i'm not where in which version it was added).

I have used fat and fat32 but neither can be updated...
My service menu shows the FW build date is 2023-06-01 , and don't have "[ Update bootloader ]"
If I hold all four buttons on power to update bootloader,,it also shows "can't irit SD card"

Seems like you has old bootloader version. Try more different microSD cards.

Is the method of updating bootloader the same as updating firmware?

You need to put two files in the root of the SD card: bootloader.bin and bootloader.bin.md5
And select "[ update bootloader ] in the service menu.
Bootloader can update main firmware, main firmware can update bootloader :)

There is no [ update bootloader ] in the service menu, maybe the versions are too old.

I updated the bootloader by using a flash tool.
Thanks a lot.
