Licence information may not be present. It's injected into the metadata when the item is first published so there will need to be a kind of placeholder licence; e.g. This content is not licensed for publication or whatever...

This file has been produced using the Nyingarn platform and is not publicly released by that platform. It has been downloaded by the depositor for their re-use, but should not be further distributed without permission of the depositor and relevant language authority

A way of identifying each page image, as expected by the import routine, so that the file can be re-imported successfully to Nyingarn.
