Create Localizable file - where ALL strings will live. It should be split up similarly w/ MARKS. Inside the constants files the constants should point to the localizable entry. Add examples for common globals like: Ok, success, yes, no, error, etc

While this was created on a separate branch, the author is inactive with CDG. He stated that a Readme on how to use what he wrote was necessary, so I'll need to go through and figure out what his code does so I can write the Readme and then process the PR.

I will try today. Also, I may have been mistaken. I thought I saw an email report last week saying he'd been made inactive, but he appears to be active here on CDG and Slack. Will try again to contact him.
