Folder google-play-services_lib #12

The project contains the folder google-play-services_lib. I could not see that it is used anywhere. Can you please explain why it is there? If it is no longer needed please remove it from the repository.

Google Play Services is defined in CyclePhillyAndroid/build.gradle here:

compile 'com.google.android.gms:play-services:6.1.11'
