Clicking on a playlist that is contained in a multi-column decreases the width of the other column that contains an image.
The problem does not seem to occur when the column only has text instead of an image.
Step-by-step reproduction instructions
Install Wordpress and add the Neve theme.
Upload at least 1 mp3 into the media pool.
Create a new page.
Add multi column block.
Add a graphic image into the first column.
Add a playlist shortcode (that refers to your uploaded media) in the second column, example: [playlist ids="5,6"]
Save the page and visit it with your browser.
Repeatedly click on any of the playlist tracks.

I can't replicate this issue, here is a test page - https://flashspade.s3-tastewp.com/15-2/
Can you check if there isn't a conflict with one of the plugins that you're using? Also, does this issue happens only with Neve theme for you?
Could not replicate on your test server. Must be a localization issue.
I tried the wordpress twenty-twentyfour template and it only does the shift once when I select a second track.
You can close this and if I find out the issue I'll post a followup.
