I see however several obstacles, one of them being the restrictive (if I understand correctly) license of the creator (Kreative Korporation, Kreative Software, Kreative Entertainment, Kreative Media, Rebecca G. Bettencourt). The second one is of course the manpower.

That’s actually already implemented, e.g., https://codepoints.net/U+E6D0 It’s just that PU code points are not searchable. (I’d like to make them available in search, but that’s actually a bit tricky since they have no DB representation.)

Well also you would need a way to look at everything in one UCUR block the same way you can look at everything in a normal Unicode block
