Some glyphs are extending far beyond their viewbox, overlapping other content. A crass example:
https://codepoints.net/U+11363

Possible solutions are not clear: Scaling distorts the actual glyph size compared with its peers, cutting off is a no-go, keeping it as is is unusable, expanding the viewbox is wasteful for 99% of glyphs.

Expanding the viewbox on demand might be a possibility.
