Well done, but also need a TSR & Tk response is wrong (should be N). https://baycloud.com/bouncer

The W3C is up to something here: https://www.w3.org/TR/tracking-dnt/

As far as I see, we need:

a Tk HTTP response header
a /.well-known/dnt/ JSON document

Both must somehow express, that we do track via stats.codepoints.net, but that we de-identify the data (via Piwik's settings).
