This issue mainly created for adding the hover effect navbar.
Add responsiveness to it.

@rajbhoyar729 Navbar should be responsive enough to fit on every screen size. Also it should work properly of you've added hovering effects to dropdowns.

I have added hovering effect to both nav bar and drop down and I will try to improve the responsiveness
