Add configurable display of presentations

Use Cases

• Presentation slides from ACM Tech Talk presenters
• Presentation slides from LUG presentations when we migrate lug.mines.edu over

Design Considerations

• Should be optional. We need to be able to turn this on and off. For example, there may be a club which does not do presentations and thus would not want this feature.
• Someone should mock this up. https://lug.mines.edu/presentations is a good starting point, but I think we can do better.
• Don't do the stupid lug.yaml thing that we have on the LUG website.
• Fields that we want include:
  • Title
  • Description
  • Thumbnail image for the presentation
  • Authors (may be multiple people, some of which may not be Users in the database)
  • Date
  • A link to the source code
  • The actual slides
  • Supplemental resources (like the list of JS resources in https://github.com/sumnerevans/lug-js-crash-course)
  • A link to the GitHub repo hosting the presentation source
  • Possibly other arbitrary links? (Maybe "Supplemental resources" is an example of something that should be implemented as one of these links?)
