Sadly we don't use the Metric system much in the US, so a UI-based option to convert to Imperial units of temperature might be much more relatable for many users...

Same goes for mSiemens/uSiemens vs. ppm on the EC readings... though that conversion is supposed to take into account the conversion factor of the salts

Other nice-to-have conversions that have come up are Torr, inches/mm Hg, or bars for pressures.
