The name of the project is still too generic.

There already exist

  • actively used python project xrt for xray propagation and ray tracing (beam lines)
  • XRT is the official abbreviation for X-Ray Telescopes
  • a Geant4 module
  • ...

First mentioned in this thread.

I am in favour of ParaTAXIS, Logo simple... Sry, only as pptx at the moment :-(

The 2nd design is quite good. I like the lightsaber idea. Only the disturbance in the 2nd part might be to much to read it easily. Probably decrease the gap a bit or make it non-uniform.
