Steps to reproduce:

  1. Run yarn create @consensys/web3-template my-project
  2. Pick React + Vite
  3. Pick Hardhat
  4. Pick Yarn
  5. Wait for everything to be created
  6. Look in the my-project directory, and find a package-lock.json and no yarn.lock file
