[TASK] Warning on creating expired Attestation

While a specific use case is not defined as of today, anyone can issue an already expired Attestation.
As the protocol isn't opinionated, we explicitly want to let this possibility available in the future.
In order to make things transparent, let's add a comment on the attest function to make it 100% explicit.
