Forest sounds in Pale Garden biome

The regular forest sounds play while in the Pale Garden. I thought the Pale Garden is supposed to be almost silent, to add to the ambiance of the biome? Having regular forest noises play in this biome feel out of place and kind of take away from the spooky, unsettling vibe the biome otherwise has.
