Add Alternate Methods for using Contraption Controls

Describe the Suggestion

I'd like to request, if you could, to add an alternate method to using the contraption controls other than scrolling.

Scrolling behaviour in Minecraft on Mac specifically is handled tremendously poorly, and it's nigh impossible to select a particular floor when using a trackpad. You could also consider this an accessibility request for people who have trouble with fine motor skills.

This could be implemented by capturing the number keys (1-9 at the top of the keyboard) while looking at the contraption, or - +, [ ], or equivalent keys to incrementally go up or down the list perhaps.

I have the same issue, it is a problem on Java’s side. Here’s a fix that resolves most of the problem.
