There is no cross-platform loader for KitX now.
Since KitX Dashboard use Avalonia as UI framework, it would be nice to have a Avalonia loader for KitX.

Furthermore, we can directly write a general-purpose loader for C#, rather than Avalonia-specific, because Avalonia only needs the basic dotnet runtime, and the entire life cycle is fully controllable.
