vignettes on how to do more complex weightings using R?

Such things could include:

weight ratio capping (highest : lowest weight)
weighting sub-samples differently
Automatically recomputing by time period roll up or categorical wave
setting up as derivation (so automatically updates and/or can be adjusted)
forcing sum of weights to equal sample size per sub-group/time-period

backend of weighting may not be ready for this kind of srutiny yet
