copyFolders ignores hidden and private folders #563

While making #562, noticed that copyFolders() only copies the root folder hierarchy. It probably should copy the hidden and private variables too.

Could consider using the automation from #562 to accomplish this. However, I'm not sure if they handle mismatched variables the same way though...
