"Open Trade" Function

In the tokens I invest in, there is something calls the Open Trade function where only whitelist people can buy. Normal people can only buy when the dev put open trade and allows the buys. I would like the bot to track the token until open trade so i can buy itself without charging fees due to failed transactions.
