Add link to the website to download a ZIP file of all the current ladder manager software/config/src and maps

Add link(s) to the website to download ZIP file(s) of all the current ladder manager software/config/src and maps and any important instructions how to install/set it up, i.e. everything someone would need to replicate the sc2ai.net ladder environment. A link for the associated version of the source code actually used would also be great. On the server, the ZIP file(s) would either be built on demand, or updated automatically each time something changes.

Note: a ZIP file link for the actual bots is a separate issue, i.e. #12.
