Store/show version history on each bot

Currently, the game history for a page like this (http://sc2ai.net/botmatches.php?id=18&season=5) doesn't have version info on the bots. It would be great to have a way to track bot version history.

• Medium priority: Devs could include a version number with each change they make to their bot
• High priority: If dev doesn't include a version number, SC2LadderWebHost could assign and auto-increment a version number
• Medium priority: Make a new subsection of author/bot pages to track the version numbers/dates/patch notes for each bot
• Low priority: Allow dev to include patch notes
