Large attachments doesn't pass through the wormhole

I uploaded 2 videos that didn't pass through the wormhole. I tested if it was due to attachment (CO logo), attachement without any text or due to the size of the video (the last one is only 30 Ko)

This is caused by the fact that bots and webhooks are not nitro users. To mitigate this issue, we'll need to add a link to the attachment in the message body.

The PR that fixes this issue should also take in account large content (> 2000 chars) to allow any messages to pass through the wormhole.
