- SIMD is only available from .NET 7 onwards but also
- SIMD in .NET 7 (and later) only works for int[] ...

As this package overwrites the Linq methods, when it is used inside a query os a EfCore Context, the EfCore does not
know how to translate into SQL.
For instance:
var searchedIds = new List int {1,2,3}; ...

It appears that unlike Linq, the extension methods do not check for null arrays or lists. Should a null check be added?
If this is intentional then the readme should probably mention this behaviour.
