Provide a feed of IP addresses potentially under DDOS that can be consumed by bgpranking. Hence, a ranking of AS can be done that are frequently under DDOS.

Write lists of IP addresses separated by \n per targeted services such as 443/2019/07/2019-07-15.txt.
