WiThrottle is a standard and web Throttle could control a lot of other systems if we add this. We could also control CS-EX with it too. Let's explore what the benefits and challenges are

Yes @ManiAkasapu both JMRI and DCC-EX have a WiThrottle server in them. Other systems too. So it would mean supporting two APIs
