Hello!

We are wondering if it is possible to change the SAML Login button to say Login via OpenAthens instead? If this is possible, how would we go about doing this? We have students who access our repository that do not recognize SAML and our other resources say OpenAthens so we are just wanting to see if we can make this match.

@ACHELibrary : This appears to have been submitted to the wrong ticketing system. You've created your request to the DSpace ticketing system, but it likely was meant to be submitted to your own institution or to the institution who is hosting your DSpace site.

Closing, as this cannot be fixed except by the institution who is hosting your DSpace.

@ACHELibrary : This ticketing system is for the global DSpace open source project, which does not control or host DSpace for any institutions. Instead this ticketing system is used for development of new DSpace releases, which are then installed at various institutions or hosting providers throughout the world.

You will need to contact the institution that is hosting your DSpace. If you are hosted by Lyrasis, it's likely that you are contracted with DSpaceDirect (http://dspacedirect.org/). If you are hosted by a different service provider, then you should contact them directly. If your own institution is hosting your DSpace site, then you will need to contact your IT department (or the team that has installed DSpace).

Essentially, the DSpace developers who monitor this ticketing system have no way to help you because we do not run or host your DSpace site.

I should add, if you are just looking to ask a general support question, then you are welcome to use the free DSpace support options at https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Support These include mailing lists where you can ask questions of other institutions around the world... so, if you control your own DSpace installation & want help changing something in it, that's the best place to ask.
